My first stay in that place triggered the standard rating "reg".
When intending to go there again, I booked an Executive Room that I had seen posted on the hotel web site for a whole week. The hotel e-mailed me that such a room was not available and that they downgraded my booking to a Superior Room. Why was the Executive Room posted then? I got non-senses as feedback.
Since it is hard to believe in a system mistake on the Accor web site (always possible though), it is more likely that the hotel decided to assign the room to another customer.
Hence my trust in the place was gone. I cancelled the reservation and booked an Executive Room in another Novotel.
